It was ravioli, a dumpling-like pasta dish filled with ground meat and vegetables! It was my first time eating it, and the ingredients were so fresh inside the pasta! It was an amazing combination with the tomato sauce. ☺️✨

It was beef shank stewed in red wine! Apparently they simmered it for a long time, making it incredibly tender and crumbly, and the seasoning was just my favorite! It paired perfectly with the baguette, and it was so delicious I almost didn't want it to end. I devoured it until the very last bite! ✨

Catalana → It was cold, and I could really taste the sweetness of the custard. ✨
Tiramisu → The perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness made it a sophisticated dessert, the perfect way to finish off a meal. ✨
Mille crepes → The thin, evenly-thick crust was a perfect match with the whipped cream, making it my favorite dessert. ✨
